1. Redemption: Gift vouchers are redeemable online at our store. To redeem, enter the unique code provided during the checkout process.

2. Delivery: Gift vouchers can be delivered via email or as a physical card. Email delivery is typically instant, while physical cards will be shipped according to our standard shipping times.

3. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

4. Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they are issued.

5. Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

6. Partial Use: If the purchase exceeds the amount on the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the recipient using another payment method. If the purchase is less than the gift voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift voucher and can be used for future purchases until the balance reaches zero.

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher code as cash.

8. Promotions and Discounts: Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.

9. Multiple Vouchers: Multiple gift vouchers can be used for a single purchase.

10. Balance Enquiry: To check the balance of your gift voucher, visit our website and enter your voucher code on the gift voucher balance check page.

11. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a gift voucher if we suspect it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
