Kadi Return and Exchange Policy
At Kadi, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and aim to provide a seamless return and exchange process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items:
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a broken, torn, or damaged item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price.
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.
Refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on www.kadi.ae.
When a refund is provided, please allow 7-10 days, depending on your bank, for it to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping:
We will arrange delivery for pick-up. Please ensure you hand the product to the delivery person. We will not process any return or exchange until we receive the product in our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are not eligible for returns.
Change / Cancellation / Refund:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by calling or WhatsApp at +971 50 255 2797 or emailing sales@kadi.ae.
Provided your order has not been taken into production, we will be able to change or cancel your order and provide a refund where applicable.
