📦 Estimated Delivery Times by Country:

• UAE: 1–2 business days

   • For remote areas within the UAE, delivery may take up to 3 business days.

• Saudi Arabia: 2–3 business days

• Qatar: 2–3 business days

• Bahrain: 2–3 business days

• Oman: 2–3 business days

• Kuwait: 2–4 business days

💐 Flower Arrangements

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only):

Orders within Dubai will be processed within a maximum of 3 hours.
Orders placed after 5 PM or outside Dubai will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

Pre-Ordered Deliveries:

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we always aim to deliver as early as possible.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

Due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds.
If you're unhappy with the condition of the flowers received, we may offer a replacement subject to evaluation, on a case-by-case basis.

We accept returns and exchanges of homeware items within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

•  Item is in its original packaging

•  Not used, not broken, and free of damage
